Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Ordered food for pickup and when it was time to pickup I drove to a apartment and waited for 30 mins calling with no reply..... wth

Me and my friend decided that we would join your establishment for the very first time, there was a young lady there long blonde hair with a hat on seem to be the only one there around 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 14th. You talk about rude and disrespectful and wouldn't even have the audacity to show us how the system work to get the yogurt and just said there's signs to follow wow how humane is that. Well then as we walk in we see these wonderful delicious cookies that were sitting there and my friend grab one and thought maybe that these were a sampler and we got nothing but negative comments and passive aggressive behavior we will never come back here I will never do a referral there was no customer service at all.

Delicious flavors and clean store!

Way too EXPENSIVE for self-serve icecream. Dishes so large bill is easily OVER $30 for 4 ppl. Sure the topping choices are cool... but that is literally the only thing that sets them apart. Better off going to another icecream place where it is a flat price per dish. At least THEN you dont feel BLINDSIDED by the ridiculous cost. No wonder they are always empty. My first time was my last.

Clean establishment, good food, and the staff was wonderful and compassionate! Edit:Came back again and the service was spectacular and the staff guy working the counter was so nice!

First time here. I was offered to get some samples. When I tasted it, I found what I wanted so I went for it as well as some toppings. Friendly workers but I didn't get to see Menchie himself like how I did through research and on some YouTube videos. Oh well, at least I loved it!! I should come back here more and keep using my gift card!! Thank you Menchie's
