Cathay Inn

We ordered take-out and got the Cathay Inn Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Spareribs, and Kung-Pow Chicken. Overall, it was okay, just not worth $76.00. The Kung-Pow Chicken was really good. They ask you how spicy you like it mild, medium, or SPICY. We got medium, it was good, and had a lot of flavor with a little spice to it. The Chow Mein were good, mainly noodles with some other vegetables and meat. However, the Spareribs were rather bland. It was ready for pick up rather fast. The service was good. Parking: The parking is great. Easy access in and out.

I would return to try something different than shrimp with lobster sauce.

It was a nice place to go to for a birthday dinner date.

Took wife out to dinner. Waitress was awesome, and the food was Delicious! 03-18-2024 Take out. Got home and opened up the container and the quality and amount of the food, went from a10 to a 3???? The almond chicken went from large chunks to thin slices? The sweet and sour pork was dried out, and the amount was half the portion? Also the egg rolls went from large to small, for more money???

Vegetarian options: The cow mien is delicious. Kid-friendliness: Family Friendly!

Food is really good and really nice portion sizes. There wait staff is wonderful. I always enjoy eating there.

As always the food was delicious. My only complaint was the lunch "special". The have on the menu all entrees $17.95, with some exceptions. I asked the waitress about the exceptions and she, not her fault, could only give a couple examples but not specific exceptions. She did say that on the exceptions you could get the reduced price but would get about a third less food. We ordered three average price ($22-23) entrees and I asked that if there were exceptions still give a full portion. Apparently they were all exceptions because we got charged full price for all of them. To be given a 25% discount for a third less food does not qualify as a deal. I said nothing because this was a special time for me with my family. Deceptive practices out weighs great food and wait service. May or may not come back
