Atilano's Mexican Food - Downtown

Went in for taco Tuesday......gotta say....super delicious and excellent prices and selection...it is pretty cold inside though so go dressed warm.

Place smells like urine. Didn't cancel or refund my order when i asked. The only atilanos with no $1 tacos on tuesday. Stupid.

Not great. Flavorless food, the building is falling apart, and staff just didn’t seem to care I was there. I sat near the arched windowed wall and had to move because of dripping water coming from the windows. I would love to give this place another try, maybe at a different location.

Rocks in the food and poor customer service My fiancé got off work late and ordered chicken fajitas and beef nachos. He waited over 20 min in the drive thru line that had only 5 cars in it. When he got the food home, there was an burrito in the bag that we didn't order (sorry to whoever didn't get your burrito!). The nachos had no cheese on them and he found a rock in them. He called to let the store know they need to do a quality check and the first person who answered the phone, barely spoke to him. The second person to answer the phone was a very rude women. She inisted that he was lying about the rock and did not address the cheese issue. He never asked for his money back and even stated he just wanted to let her know about the issue. She demanded that he bring the food back to "prove he really found a rock." He told her again that he didn't want to bring it back and that he was not going to drive all the way back at 10pm. She said okay and hung up on him.

I just got a lengua torta and it was horrible.no salsa or anything else came with it just lettuce and meat..it was very disappointing.

The food is delicious! Definitely worth stopping here. You will not leave this place hungry . The chimichanga.. get the chimichanga, you won't regret it

Guacamole is runny and food isn't that great
