Payton was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. She did not mind our questions and banter, even an hour close to closing she was ready to assist and we loved her kindness and energy!
Evening hours. The reason I give service and atmosphere 2 stars is because half of the seating area was closed off an hour in a half before closing, and it was a full house. Someone asked for a chair but was denied. Employees said that's what they were advised by their management. Several frustrated standing customers.
Taking my 5 star review way down because this location has fallen so far. At least half of the machines are out of order at any given time. Machines that are supposed to be working either have poor flavor choices, the yogurt doesn't come out or is liquid. Their policies are inconsistent in regards to specials like the Monday fill-a-cup promotion. For years, it didn't matter what time you went in on Monday, it was a fixed price to fill your cup. Lately, they say it has to be after a certain time, but that depends on who the cashier is. So you have to be vigilant or you'll pay double what you should. The staff just doesn't seem to care anymore. They used to dress and act professionally. Now they dress like slobs and the attitudes reflect that.
This place has gone so downhill from when they first opened. I used to work a froyo place (pink berry) and I know how easy yet annoying it is to replace the yogurt in the machines there and clean them out. I get it. But they have the worst staff no greeting when you walk in and no acknowledgment on your way out. Toppings area is always unkempt and gross looking. The flavors are always “out” which is just laziness really. Honestly hope they just close down and put something better there. Go somewhere else for froyo.
Came here in hopes to find a new frozen yogurt place. But honey, they only had 2 machines that worked, resulting in only 4 flavors. BUMMED. I wanted to try a sorbet but that wasn’t available. Instead I went with the very vanilla. It tasted like water. Ugh. The only thing that is saving this review from 0 stars is the nice young lady at the counter and the toppings being stocked. I paid $8 dollars for not even half a cup with marshmallow and caramel toppings. I will give them another chance one day maybe when their sorbet flavors are restocked
Shell of the place it used to be. Four flavors today (Vanilla, Chocolate, Tart and Peanut Butter). Two machines not working, two missing entirely. Would be shocked if this place is still in business in this state in six months.
Feels like the place is shutting down. Have only had 4 basic flavors for over a month.
Recently its been bad, trashy, broken restrooms and the machines are not working - it all comes out like a milkshake. Bad thing - its the closest one - but needs attention - or just close it!
This place is absolutely filthy! The tables, the floor, the topping area, yogurt machines, and trash piled up! No yogurt either. We came on Sunday and cashier was just eating yogurt without a care in the world. We definitely aren’t coming back because if is not clean then you can not trust the food handling.
