Menchies Frozen Yogurt Cherry Hill NJ

They do not accept Menchie’s rewards, makes no sense. Atmosphere is lackluster.

We came to Menchies as the family wanted to try it so on the website and on google it says that it shuts at 22:00 however we arrived at 21:15 and it was shut. This was very disappointing as we did a detour to get here and it has wasted our time. We also had family visiting from the UK and they are gutted as it is not a thing in the UK.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered a large frozen yogurt to split between two people One is allergic and doesn t like chocolate! The person serving decided to make it swirled on their own with way more chocolate!! PRRSON wanting vanilla was unable to eat Very fissappointing

Employees are nice

This place is terrible . The man and lady refused to give sample cups. I tried to redeem my reward & he became hostile . I had to leave for my safety .

drove 15 minutes because it said it was the only frozen yogurt place open and all the hours are wrong.

Ordered catering through this Menchie's location for a large event and it was a wonderful experience! The ordering process was simple and the store manager made sure to select toppings that went well with the froyo flavors we chose. The froyo arrived on time and perfectly frozen! I would recommend this location for any catering needs in the future!
