a good place to go too! I love it

They had a great time. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in the door but to see the race track and roller coasters was a complete delight. There was plenty of food and drinks for everyone. A great place to visit.

More food variety. The food was good, the staff were great, my grandkids really enjoyed the rides and games. Great value package it was worth every dollar.

It is a good place, my children like to go and have fun. But it's sad that they have such an insensitive manager. My son had an accident playing Laser Tag and his tooth fell out and his lip broke and instead of helping us, he yelled at us and after 20 minutes of the accident, he said that they don't call the emergency services, that we had to do it. I have everything documented. He yelled at us and insulted us, and I had to ask him if he treated us like that because we were Hispanic, and he told me that he is Hispanic too. Mr. Michael Gonzalez, just because you have a Hispanic last name does not guarantee that you love and respect his community, I have seen so many Latinos treat Latinos the worst. I hope Incredible Pizza takes this case seriously, because it seems that Mr. Gonzalez does not communicate the safety protocols to the employees and appears to be an arrogant person, at least that is how he behaved with my family, even seeing my son bleeding because he His tooth fell out and his lip broke. We had to spend the whole night with our son in the hospital and for 4 weeks he has to be in the recovery process. Only one employee took care about us and my son.. Thanks God for this person. I have everything documented with videos and photos. I feel sad that a company focused on serving children has such an insensitive person, and I’m talking about the Managing Partner Michael Gonzalez. He was so insensitive that he even yelled at us in front of our children and was not sensitive to my son's pain.

We used to have one of these near us and loved it! This one wasn't quite the same, but it was fun. The staff was helpful. The food didn't really have too many meat options, so that was kind of disappointing. I understand though as this is geared more towards kids, but would have been nice to have a few "grown-up" selections. Overall a good arcade to spend some time in and eat.
