Meltz Bar & Grill

Would be a good place for kids to eat in the day time with a dark diner feel in the restaurant. It is empty often probably because "Meltz" name has forced the menu (and maybe clientele because if you are watching what you eat it could stop you from going). Not alot of non fried or vege options. Good salad options but that isn't good when you want to have a few drinks. I want to eat the specials but can't eat too much fried. There is fried cheese with Sriracha sauce with liquid cheese with it. (the friend cheese by itself was terrific) Maybe a cheese fondue with some fresh vegetables and bread to dip and a chocolate fondue would be some easy additions to replace some fried on the menu. Cool bar with lots of liquor and craft beer options. I'll try the restaurant to go soon for sure.

Visited Meltz for the first time this evening. Our server made fantastic recommendations and was very knowledgeable for my many questions on the menu. The pork palooza sandwich and the Asian short rib sandwiches were huge and phenomenal! The bread is a fluffy thick sourdough with a parmesan crust- to die for! The owner stopped by several times to check on us and was very friendly and kind. We had plenty of leftovers to go. I can't wait to come back and try more sandwiches!

Great atmosphere great people! And great food I would recommend everyone come here and also get there poutine fries you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered delivery and we were pleased. A little on the pricey side but food was good. Recommed the Bavarian pretzel, Meltz Burger, & Wedge Salad.

My friends and I went here and we had amazing food! I had the popper burger and it was delicious. Their french fries are also the best around. We met the owner and he was so kind. We will definitely be back again.

Overpriced burger!!!! Limited menu, slow service, nothing special here. And to make things worse, they hit you for a 4% service charge for using a credit card. They won't be here long.
