Melon Seed Deli & Frozen Yogurt

A hidden gem! The service was top notch and the food was fresh & delicious! Got the Italian sliders with a side of slaw. I wish I would have gotten some slaw to bring home. Ended the meal with some frozen yogurt. 10/10. Will be back!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The sandwiches come in slider form and are absolutely delicious! They have a large selection of sandwiches, and their presentation is beautiful! Eat here!

Had a great experience here this evening. My only complaint is that it felt like a really long wait between ordering and getting our food. But boy was it worth it. Sandwiches piled high with ingredients, and the chili cheese fritos were bomb. I felt like the amount of food (portion sizes) for the money was a great value - none of us finished our plates. Kid-sized froyo included with kids menu items. We will be back, but maybe on a day when we're not in such a hurry. ***update, 01/24: went to Melon Seed for dinner and dessert, and the whole experience was just as wonderful as we remembered - friendly, helpful people, huge portions, and everything was delicious! Around our table we had the Cuban, hummy, Hawaiian, and chicken Caesar sliders, and we shared a Bahama Mama (hollowed out pineapple full of froyo and fruit) for dessert. Excellent!

On my recent visut to Tacoma, WA, my sister and niece spoke so highly of this restaurant called the Melon Seed and they had to take me there. I must say the Melon Seed was what they raved about and did not disappoint. I love the food, the portion size, and the friendly service. I will definitely go there again on my next visit. My sincere Thanks to the owner.

This place is awesome! Delicious healthy food, worth the short wait. The owner is super cool and so is the music. The staff is very kind & polite,...what a little gem- Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

Stopped in for desert after dinner. Place was more than expected. Service was great! Owners gave us a taste of the fro-yo without hesitation. I did t even know you could find good pineapple fro-yo in Washington. Ordered the pineapple upside down cake. Attention to detail during creation, didn’t expect that. Great spot for desert in sure the food food is bomb as well. I see people complaining of time in the reviews, this place serves fresh made to order food, deal with it. Great service well done.
