Hi there! My name is Chef Melinda, I started working at the business school downtown Newark then moved to a restaurant in Short Hills and then to West Orange then I began doing catering at home preparing delicious and fresh meals. As my small business started to increase I have decided it was time to open my first restaurant in Newark. I want to be a pillar in the community somewhere people can have home cook delicious and fresh meals, As my business is starting to increase more we look forward into becoming a franchise with the food trucks and more locations in the near future.
