Horrible customer service
The walk thru checkouts were great. Josh was very helpful with my order. He deserves a Cupcake and a raise. A very Helpful gentleman.
The way they handle simple pricing problems and the attitude of staff is appalling. I've worked in retail for 16 years Nad my wife 17, if either of us acted like that we would be reprimanded.
The best groceries and excellent fruit. Clothing line different and nice. It's been plenty of times where inventory is sold out. That's my only complaint.
We've purchased a lot from here over the years and this location consistently has weird things going on with their products. We purchased jam in a jar that was stabbed with a box cutter and was moldy inside. We had granola bags with holes in them that we didn't notice until they made a mess in our car. Honestly, there's so many other things but this review would be huge, and then today there's this: Protein water with dirt underneath bottle. We bought one and didn't notice it until it made a mess on our couch. We went back to buy more today, a week later than the first purchase, and we found more with DIRT on the bottom. How do you let this happen, meijers? There's too many things happening, it seems like maybe a disgruntled employee is sabatoging the store. Check your items before purchasing anything from this location. Also: I called customer service about the jam and they didn't care, even though it was on over a dozen jars STILL being sold on the shelf and they didnt bother to remove them when we checked weeks later. Ew.
First time in this Meijer's location. Very nice store. Organized. Laid out well. Very clean. But sadly, I end up rating 4 stars. My concern was several items (beyond just a few or acceptable reasonable selections) had bare shelves, especially in general grocery. Aside from that - excellent store - very friendly employees.
