There are 6 parking spots for grocery pick up orders. When I arrived to pick up my order on the evening of 1/18, there were NINETEEN CARS in front of me. I waited 40 minutes and saw ONE person get their groceries brought out. People were getting out of their vehicles, angry, etc. When I gave up and left, 8 additional people had pulled in behind me, and while several others had given up and left, there were still over 20 cars waiting for their pick up orders. My order still does not show "refunded", in spite of two calls to Meijer and 2 promises of management "following up with me." I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand short staffing but this was a complete melt down of the process. I will not be using Meijer pick up again.
