The place is good and the food is delicious but the portions are kind of small, don't come too hungry or expecting a big $30 dollars meal because you're paying for quality not quantity. Vegetarian options: Portobello mushroom filets.

Medium Rare's steak frites are simply amazing. They never disappoint... I could eat here every week. The hot fudge sundae was an excellent way to top off a perfect meal.

The bartender, Nathan, was outstanding, mixing up some of the best hibiscus margaritas I’ve ever had. The food was equally impressive, with the steak frites being the highlight of the meal. Crafted by Nathan, it was a perfect blend of coffee and liquor, a must-try for any coffee enthusiast. The dessert options, like the double chocolate fudge three-layer cake and the six-layer carrot cake, were irresistible . In conclusion, Medium Rare in Arlington is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The ambiance, the drinks, and the food are all top-notch, with the espresso martini being a standout. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable night out.

Great place to get a Whole30 or similar meal!

Loved everything about this place. The service is top notch. Our server, Daniel, was amazing and so were the manager, Paul, and the bartender, Nathan. Shoutout to Paul who was super attentive and didn’t miss a beat. The food came out quick and was delicious. The hibiscus margaritas were perfect! Would definitely come back next time we are in Arlington.

Very good experience, food and staff was excellent. We were walk-ins but it is recommended to get a reservation. It was quite full, busy place.
