Second time this week I've been here and the food wasn't good I ordered a fish and it came with half of a bottom bunny and burnt then spent 60.00 on breakfast and didn't get the correct order it was wrapped in correctly but actual biscuits were wrong one was just a plain biscuit

The staff has been very friendly and professional on every occasion. Especially the early morning staff. This location is almost always very busy so on most visits you will not get food that has sat around forever. If you are using mobile app, order is started when you arrive which is great for getting your order fresh but you are still going to wait just as long as walk-ins. If you're used to Starbucks mobile where you walk in and out in a minute or less you need to plan on waiting as long walk-ins since Mcdonalds makes your order when you arrive not before, I assume so your order is hot and ready instead of cold and I agree with that however it makes their mobile app good only for the points.
