Game is game

this guy was so unprofessional he forgot everything out of order, he took so long, he was so slow, he asked what was our order when it shows on the screen and had a attitude and then he made my sister's burrito sloppy and he was just rude and had a attitude. #do better McDonald's and hire better workers so other people don't have to go through this. this experience made me look at society and see we had to do better with qualified workers!.

I don't know who was managing today 10/20/24 approx 9:30pm but they were like a well oiled machine. Everyone was on business. The drive thru line was very long but it moved fast, cashier was patient and kind. Somebody put all their love in my filet o fish. The bun was soft and perfectly steamed. The fish tasted fresh. Our order was just right. Kudos to the team tonight.

That new Chicken Big Mac legendary with a capital L ima edit that later but it was just overall good the way my first bite exploded in my mouth omg I’m having flashbacks ima need that again and again

The girl that took my order was super sweet and nice. When I got my order I noticed I was missing a sandwich and the sauces. The manager Isabel had an attitude about it saying she put everything in there and I even told her she can go through the bag herself. I proceeded to pull everything out to show her. After going back and forth for a minute she grabbed the sandwich and the sauces. I told her I didn’t want bbq sauce and she told me I did. I’m like you can read my receipt and I proceeded to give it to her and she said tell me so I don’t have to read all that. Then walked away. I worked at McDonald’s I know how it is ran. She could’ve just said “sorry, I thought I put everything in there” not make me look like I was trying to steal more food. The attitude was not needed.

I had a good experience with the customer service and my food was hot & fresh!

Place gives wrong receipt along with wrong food and both managers refused to assist even though it was their error the food they gave me cost more than what I ordered so check your receipt and order before you leave drive thru

One of the cleanest Mcdonalds i ever seen in usa. Great service. Fast and tasty

I ordered Doordash. No napkins, no spoon for my McFlurry and a watered down HiC with no ice.

Was in the drive through for a refund … manager spoke with me and told me to come back .. I did a few days later ! Well she instructed me to come in ! I replied That’s difficult I’m handicap that’s why I use the drive through services … she told me that she does not care what I am I’m holding up her line ! And tossed my receipt back into my car .
