Coffee is always cold and the service sucks not fast food slow food and most of the time orders are wrong

Workers that are unmotivated and super unfriendly. No sense of urgency

I have had consistent issues with my orders at this location. My most recent today, I asked for my food to be "made to order" and I received a large fry and small happy meal fry that was cold & old. My 5 year would not eat the fries. I ordered a large strawberry smoothie and it was extremely watery. There doesn't seem to be a good McDonalds location in Ypsilanti, this location surely isn't.

What happened to the people to take orders????? I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. There was machines to take my order and a person in a little window yelling out numbers for your food......had a problem with my card and had to "inconvenience" someone to help me. I get it McDonald's but I sure do miss " welcome how can I help you today"

I went through the drive-thru ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries and coke the sandwiches were terrible gave me two pickles on a chicken and that's it and I ordered a regular classic chicken very disappointed even one of the pickles the center was gone disappointed.

McDonald's does a good job of showing that they only care about getting our money with the least expenditures on their own part. Low food quality and rising prices can only be taken so far by good customer service.
