I went for my online order. They wanted me to pull up to front door and I did, and one of lady came told me go back around and tell your code. It was you who want me to pull up to front without saying the code. So I said why I have to give back and she asked my code, and I didn’t catch cuz she mumbled. Then she sighed and just closed the window so loud and other lady came to me and she got my order. She was so rude and disrespectful. This service was ridiculous and horrible ever in my life.
Garbage. I placed on online order at 5:55AM according to the app and their signs they open at 5, I sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes after placing the online order and got no response then went to both windows where they said they were closed, didn't say when they open, bit they would bring me the hashbrowns and never did. Would never recommend for anything
Went in orders breakfast items with friends. Felt like the front counter was an after thought, but it looked like they were limited on staff. They took the order, but as soon as it was bagged, placed on the counter as they seemed rushed. It took longer for my friends meal but it was done correctly. All of our meals were proper and fresh. Just took a bit extra. It needs a more personal touch with thanking the customer and not just throwing the bag of food down. Welcoming if what McDonald's is known for should be consistent.
Everything is usually great except one worker who was very disrespectful made the experience a little difficult.
