Mcchicken were undercooked.

In 35 years of my life, I never came across a McDonald's that doesn't have fries. I found this horrible since after their burgers, their fries are McDonald's signature. The cashier was polite she let us know they were out of fries. They need to improve their cleaning. Some of the staff were not wearing the uniform, which caught my attention. I'm not visiting this store again and I wouldn't recommend to go there.

PLEASE, JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! We received the wrong food, but they didn't care and it was theyer problem, horrible rude service. Honestly I got a refund but was in no mood to eat after my experience. TRAUMA! I was talked into going to the Burger king where they were so nice and even sympathized with us! So thanks to this disgusting McNasty, Burger King just received a new loyal customer!

They didn't get a damn thing right, they didn't put the right stuff in the system and they also won't even answer they're phone! I would like to be contacted by uper management ASAP! I'm very upset!

This place will often shut down their drive through with a line still waiting. The staff has literally thrown my food to me. They will get your order wrong every time. If you suggest to the cashier that they don't blast music through the drive through speaker, they'll ignore you. This time, I just left after waiting in thr drive through for 30 minutes. There were 6 cars in line. Worst. Service. Ever.

Workers are lazy and ignorant! Care more about dancing around the damn store at 615 in the morning with the music so loud you can hear it through the closed drive thru window couldn't even get my order right... what's so hard about a steak egg and cheese bagel and 2 hashbrowns they should all be fired and the store permanently closed!!!

Placed order inside because the line for the drive through was all the way around the building. Twenty minutes to tell me their shake machine was down. Asked for a coffee instead. Ten more minutes to tell me the coffee machine was down. After another ten minutes and flagging down a counter person who was literally just dancing in the kitchen, was asked if I wanted a soda... For the same price. Had to argue with the manager just to get a refund for food I never received.

It's mcdonalds. go on a day the staff is happy and you get good food. on a bad day, they forget cheese or a sauce and make sure to charge you for it. Parking: lots of extra spaces and two drive thru lanes Kid-friendliness: they have a place for kids to play Wheelchair accessibility: just a ramp
