They are not the best McDonald's in town. More times than not my order is wrong. Maybe it's cause they are on yakima ave, so it gets busy. The customer service needs work as well, usually I just ask to speak with the pic or manager cause most of the cashier's will argue with you or ignore you and have you use the automated boards.
I always go through the drive thru, and I usually am in and out without any issues. Lately, I've been waiting 15 min plus or pulling around the front. We went a few days ago, and I asked for extra napkins, and the guy at the window had the absolute worst attitude about it. He said I gave you some already. I politely asked for a few more. Because our sodas were overfilled and leaking. He was not happy. I understand bad days happen, but geez. Spending 30 to 40 dollars on an order, you'd expect some courtesy at least.
No receipt provided so I can't give feedback where it should go or get a refund for overcharge. Ordered something they didn't have and the gal running payments knew but charged us without saying anything. The person at the next window was nice and offered a swap ('steak' to sausage $2+ difference). 8 cars got their orders while we waited for 2 items, no 'sorry for the wait' and the swapped item was barely warm.
