McDonald’s is a love hate relationship love it then hate it

Ordered one of their overpriced steak breakfast sandwiches and with my first bite I bite into a long hair

Always charging me for honey and then not putting it in the bag

The manager Angie is completely rude and unprofessional. She comes off as miserable like she does not want to be there. Her customer service is trash. The food they served me was old. When I called and complained, she refused to replace the old items I was served or refund my money. I even offered to bring the old food back into the store & she hung up the phone on me. People work hard for their money. Shameful.
