I’ve gotten food from here multiple times and each time the food and bag smells like cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting! Do whatever you want, but smoking around food preparation or anywhere near is unacceptable and ridiculous!

Drive through was especially crowded and slow tonight. But the McRib was much better than the last one I ordered.

Made a user error and sent a purchase to the wrong location. When I arrived here I got nothing bud rudeness and rolling can’t do anything and pointed towards the store I mistakenly sent the order too. Would have been nice if she could at least remake it with the same price but again she said she had no power. So do store managers not have the power to comp a meal. Or to even serve them in person. Mind you this was an in person interaction so I got to see her laugh about my situation as she talked about it with a coworker audibly

Always a terrible wait. The staff is also very rude. This is my experience in the drive thru.

I've been coming here atleast 14 years. This location has always had the sweetest morning staff. They always made me feel special and would recognize me by voice thru the drive thru Lol. Good job to whomever does the hiring and the ladies at the drive thru windows ❤️

Pretty slow. Online order was 5 minutes late.

Latest Update 08/27/24 (until management is fired!): super rude lady today asked me "who works here me or you?" Because I told her that I knew she had the new "Sanrio/Yu-GiOh" toys in the back. I was just requesting her to please make sure that I got those instead of the Panini (it's been 1 week since the promotion changed) so THEIR mess is on them! Regardless if you want to walk 3 steps to the back or not you are not allowed to talk to COSTUMERS that way! Also no sauce for the chicken nuggets and fries were old. Update: Went today 01/10/24 and management got worst, rude people managing and treating us like garbage. Super rude the person who was taking orders tonight around 8:40 pm. I asked her to add something (1 coke) to my order and she refused and sent me to re-do the line which was ridiculously long already! Waited like 20 mins for 1 McChicken. The guy giving the orders kinda fixed it and gave me the coke for free for the inconvenience but seriously? She left her costumer service at home
