McDonald's

My husband ordered a burger from them on 1/18/24 It was the only thing he ate the whole day and got food poisoning. Horribly ill! When he called to talk to the manager she was Rude then cut him off as said that food poisoning doesn't start until 48hrs later which is completely False. I am so tired of horrible customers service. The only good that came out of this as my husband has finally sworn off fast food.

Service was quick and courteous. Our breakfast was delicious.

Terrible location. Rude management, overstressed staff, and extremely long waiting times, especially the drive-thru. Most times there is a long wait just to get to the speaker to place an order or to give a mobile code. Even then, half of the time nobody responds on the speaker, or they only staff one of their two drive-thru lines without any indication to customers that one of the lines are closed. Finally getting to the window, every time I was asked to park in a tight parking space and wait for my food. The food usually takes 15+ minutes to be delivered to your car, and sometimes they forget to bring it to you so you have to go inside and ask for it. This location is dysfunctional and I feel bad for the staff because they must constantly be taking heat from customers for things that are in corporates' control.

McDonald's is ok, it's fast food. Something you want something quick when you on the go. Or you just sit in, Only 1 floor. Not 2 like some other Mickey D's outta town. But it's cool. Food is OK. Can be over cooked sometimes. BIG MAC'S stay on point to me. 99cent Chicken sandwiches can taste rubbery some days, other days they cook them just right. Quite spot, not ghetto or loud and not to much traffic which is what I like. "Ok" Ppl come there, I don't go to Mickey D's like that but when I do....it's alright.

Those who serve are inexperienced and have an angry attitude. They didn't give me a receipt. The tables were dirty, there were flies. It took them 30 minutes to bring my order. It's horrible service.
