The last four times I was there I ordered two McDoubles cook fresh and never got them fresh meet was dried out and tasteless

Customer service not good and slow. Also ice cream machine always down so you can never get a shake.

Didn't greet or acknowledge that I was a customer stuck hand out food and drink didn't say Hello, bye, thank you food was warm will not go there ever
