McDonald's

Rude. Unprofessional. Very poor customer service....

I ordered a spicey chicken with cheese and got a plain spicey mcchicken. After sitting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. Almost late for work, for my meal that was short cheese.

First all they got my order wrong after ordering in English and Spanish....thinking they would understand....they don't care....EVERY TIME THE SHAKE MACHINE DOSENT WORK SO THEY SAY......HOW THEY HELL THE MACHINE STAYS BROKEN....OR THEY TO LAZY TO MAKE A SHAKE.....WASN'T iMPRESSED WITH THEY SERVICE AT ALL.......

There is something about this McDonald's! The food hits different! When we're over here we always stop and get a burger because the flavors are there. My daughter is 12 and a lil comedian, one day she says "ma! I know why this McDonald's is so good!" Ok sis why is that? "Every time I go to a black friends house and eat, the food is flavorful, and every time we eat here there is a black person cooking, that has to be it!" OK sis. I love that.
