Updating my review worst staff in the world work here

One of the fastest and cleanest McDonalds I've ever been to.

The only problem was the automated order taker at the drive thru couldn't understand that we had too many fish sandwiches ordered and it would not take off a sandwich rather it kept adding sandwiches each time we said "only one fish sandwich"

Order was wrong as usual.

Ordered egg McMuffins and only got the bread. Ridiculous.

Did two reviews on the McDonald's receipts,went to Seneca location to turn them in , cashier was super nice at the counter but the general manager Maria chimed in while turning in my reviews and was super rude and disrespectful telling my wife only one review per customer even though we had three separate orders. does not say that on the receipt but when I heard this I went to the counter as well and she had to do her job and cash them BOTH in. My opinion is that the cashier and the general manager Maria need to trade positions so the cashier can teach Maria the general manager some customer service and respect as the customer I do pay your paycheck.

I didn't eat there

Worst staff I’ve ever met in my life. Do not eat here or at least avoid it at all cost. They are lazy and rude, they don’t greet customers, at the speaker box you have to say hello before you ever get help and inside they’ll just ignore you so they can put off doing there jobs. Specifically the management should be doing a better job.

Card readers literally don't work in the drive thru wasting your points, honestly worst McDonald's in Wichita.
