Every time I go here food is missing or it’s wrong or they don’t give you any sauce like how in the hell am I supposed to eat pancakes with no butter and no syrup it’s getting to the point where I’m going to be taking my business somewhere else so aggravating

Why doesn't McD fix their app? If you choose a deal or reward item but then change your mind, the app makes you wait 15 minutes before using the app again even though you didn't purchase anything. Come on now, in 2024, that's the best computer technology available? This is frustrating, and I can't see why this issue hasn't already been addressed and fixed to promote customer satisfaction!

They had to redo the order 3 times. Always check your order before pulling away.

Called ahead to make sure I could get a shake. Got there 3 minutes later and got a "wE aRen'T dOInG iCEcrEaM". Wish there were negative stars honestly.
