We placed an online order through the app here. They told us they ran out of iced coffee and said they “weren’t sure if they could give us a refund”, so we got a caramel frappe instead. Everything would be fine if they had actually given us a straw for our frappe and kept track of our order. They had multiple employees standing on their phones. To top the cake, the caramel ice cream sunday with extra caramel, which I payed extra for was barely filled, poorly made, and extremely disappointing.
The manager at this location is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills! My order didn’t go through on the app for some reason, I’m not sure why and I didn’t know until I got to the store and tried to pick it up. The manager proceeded to say things like: “YOU did something wrong” (what could I have done wrong? I simply ordered on the app) and “YOU need to figure it out”. The manager is very unhelpful so I ended up leaving and I will never show my face there again. I don’t trust food from people who are disgusting like that to nice, innocent customers.
my girlfriend went to your restaurant at 10:02 and you guys were not open. now shes mad at me and hungry, shes not gonna eat for two weeks because of you. this service is unbelievable!!!!
