It's a staple fast food restaurant, so you already know what to expect. I do wish that all locations would have the ice cream machines up and running and hot fries for all!!
I sat in line for at least 20 minutes in drive thru, while my baby screamed the whole time. It took soooo long
8 people standing inside, cars line around building. 20-30min since mobile order put in when I was outside - terrible….
This place has no order. They split the line into two but only take one side’s order at a time. I sat at the order speaker while 4 cars were processed on the other side.
If you want your food order taken mostly correct but still get messed up then go here. They messed up multiple things including a simple cheeseburger order. Gave me a mcchicken instead. Aside from my burgers already getting messed up too. I shouldn't constantly have issues every time I come here but here we are... go to another place
Customer service at this McDonalds in one word, none…wait in two words, NONE EVER. Girl took my payment didn’t say thank you, or have a nice day, or have a good one. Anything is better than nothing! Actually, eye contact and a nod would do for me…but no, nothing!! Manager should be fired for not teaching and EXPECTING every employee to at least say thank you!!! It’s just basic customer service!! I try not to go there anymore because the employees are just downright rude and don’t care about friendly service for the customer who is spending their hard earned money to get a little lunch…which by the way, mine was barely warm today…and the cheese on my burger was cold. I could go on and on how terrible this place is but I will just say…DON’T GO THERE!! Go next next door to BIG DEAL BURGERS…they have excellent customer service and great food!!
