Took three tries to get my order right. I ordered a plain burger with no bun. The person taking the order. Just wrote no bun. And the first two arrived with ketchup, mustard and onion.
Terrible experience I ordered my food waited for it only for it to not be hot so I took my food back in exchange for hot food short little manager said she will not give me fresh hot food just close down poor service
All I asked for was a freshly cooked fish fillet with cheese's meal. I got a lukewarm sandwich with no cheese and the bun was only toasted burnt on one side. I have a 30 minute lunch break. So I drove back to work to eat it which is 5 minutes away and was upset that it wasn’t even hot enough to stay warm until I got back to work. I called the store to explain what happened and the manager couldn’t understand that I didn’t have time to bring the food back because I was back at work. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked if he could replace tomorrow ? He said not if you don’t bring the food back. I said that I could bring it back after work at 5:30pm he said no that’s too late. So by this time I was done trying to explain to him that I only get 30 minutes for lunch. It started to be argumentative.
They’re all so rude … very disrespectful and no manners … had to drive off
Fast food should be hot & not cold. For a place that serves as many people as they do, I can't understand why they can't get their food hot? I had to run and get food for myself & my husband. The fries were cold & over salted. I don't understand where the pride has gone when serving fast food to customers?
Kid-friendliness: Horrible customer service the supervisor don’t care so his team don’t . That place needs a new manager or something but the worst ever .
