The store is clean, the employees are kind. But the store (owners) has decided they will not cashier orders in person and will only take orders through the kiosk. We have had extremely bad experiences in other restaurants that go this route. My spouse almost made us leave the minute we walked in the door and saw the signs saying we could only order through the kiosk. The employees even admitted that they hate it, too. The service ended up being fine for us, but the order behind ours was messed up. The kiosk said we could only order for carry-out, but the employees said it was fine to dine it. So we did. But without humans to interact with at the counter and the kiosk telling us to get our food and go, we pretty much felt unwelcome at the store. Were it not for the humans we did interact with, we would have chosen to leave and eat somewhere else. Dietary restrictions: There are no options for persons with sodium and potassium restrictions.
One of the burgers was raw, the food didn't take long to come out, but we waited awhile for our order to be taken.
