Got my order wrong, twice.

The food was not very good. Fries were cold. Burger bun was hard, and we waited 20 minutes for food . That was horrible never again

Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible service. They pull you I to a mobile ordering station(which has tons of ads on how to use their mobile order and pay) to wait for your drive thru order. Only ordered two McDoubles and waited for 20 mins!

Longest wait time of any McDonald’s, be prepared to get thrown in their drive through parking spots for 20+ minutes waiting for your food

Ordering here in the store is no good.... You use touch screens instead of talking to an actual human to take your order at the counter and POS system.... if you use the app, you can get discounts and upload it to the touch screen, but pay higher prices with no app. When it's busy, it takes a long time to get your food. There is a language barrier with the employees the majority of the time I have been there and other customers have also noticed. No clue why you cannot walk in and place your order with a person anymore.....

i eat here all the time and most of the time they get it wrong. check your orders before you leave the window

Very nice place and the workers are young kids who are very courteous and quick
