McDonald's Villa Park-O'Keefe Family Restaurants

Fast efficient and very nice

If you enjoy spit in your food, shop here when this McDonalds is "cash only." Stray away. If you ask for the receipt, they will take 15 minutes and spit on your order. I have attached the receipt. I gave a $20 bill. They gave me a receipt for the exact change. Good luck, VP McDonalds. Seems like fraud. My vehicle records everything, and I will be contacting corporate after I threw the food they served in my trashcan.

Food is ok

Most expensive MCDs around. Drive thru signs, say one thing, and receipts are even higher. 7 months later I get a reply from this store. What a joke. Like I would have that receipt still in my possession. Have a great day O'Keefes

Very crowded and noisy. I was stood I couldn’t place multiple orders through drive thru and when I went inside it was difficult to place the two orders. My orders were for special needs clients I take care of and they on use cash. I was unable to use the kiosk & when I placed my order at the register, the cashier stopped me mid order, took a separate family of 6’s order and then proceeded to take mine. I didn’t feel welcomed in the environment and felt that the white people there were treated better than me. The customers seemed also very entitled and did not help with my experience.

I hit the drive-thru in their ice cream machine mostly always works here

They did not cancel my order through the mobile app when I told them that I made the wrong order at the wrong restaurant. They will not give me a refund for it
