I got a large Phillysteak sandwich for $14, what little meat was in there was burnt & overcooked & looked like scraps! They cut in half & open faced so the whole sandwich was all over the box!!! Fries were the only edible thing in my order! Never again.
Manager D handled my food issues properly. Appreciated how he made sure everything was correct for me . Great job
I been going there at least one of month, but o went there on Jan 19th, the lady the helped me out was friendly but not so clean she was using the same gloves to take cash and to make the sandwiches that was very unsanitary, I don’t know if I wanted to go there ever again
I really don't know what to call this experience. Cashier was just done with his life for the day, very impolite. Added bacon to the sandwich and got 1 strip but got charged a nice amount for it. Meat was so dry that I had to drink water after every bite. French fries were just not fresh at all. I also only got one slice of tomato on my sandwich. Just sad.. I don't know if it wasn't their day but I was disappointed by this experience.
Fist time trying the sandwiches. I was disappointed with the Chicken Philly. If it were not for the jalapeño it would have had no taste. The sandwich was not loaded like it should be and very sloppy. The fries were ok. Hubby had the philly steak it looked way better. Than the chicken.
Parking: Morris, Illinois Wheelchair accessibility: Very easygoing Enjoyed
Always delicious. Staff is always nice too
Take Out: but my food was subpar at best. The philly had nothing grilled on it, the mushrooms onions and green peppers were raw. The meat was cooked and chopped up which was the best part. My fries were cold. I picked my order up at 12:15pm and only 1 person was in front of me, they weren’t busy. Very disappointing … there was someone in the back, but the gentleman who cooked the food also had to take orders … customer service needs work. I hate to see this operation on a busy day.
