If you're looking for the true essence of "fast" food, McDonald's is definitely the place to be—if by "fast," you mean waiting 15-20 minutes in line because only one cash counter is open. Apparently, multiple cash counters are just for show, and they only open during "rush hours." Newsflash: when people are waiting that long, it's already a rush hour!
As for the fries, I must commend the staff on their creative interpretation of a "large" portion. It seems they've redefined the word to mean "half-filled box." It's almost like a game they play—how little can we give before the customer complains? Spoiler alert: they don't care. Ask for a refill and you get the same pitiful amount. Maybe they think it's a diet plan?
And don't even get me started on the service speed. It's like they're preparing a five-course meal instead of a burger and fries. The snail-paced service really gives you time to ponder questions, like "Why did I come here?" and "Is this even worth it?"
Bravo, McDonald's. You've truly mastered the art of disappointing your customers.
Worst service I ever seen we done order by the machine put it there then we go to counter for the payment then they are saying that we don’t have soft drinks for now and also we don’t able to give the offer for the same this is how they deal
Worst experience
Soft drink is not available in outlet but they include it in meal. Staff is very annoying and lies to you, also doesn't give bill.
Stale mcchicken burger served that too waiting for long.
Shame on McDonald's across India. I wanted to order for a wrap. I asked for warmed and cooked wrap, to which the staff denied. They mentioned to serve cold and arranged with veggies and slightly warm. My previous 2 last experiences at different city outlets were similar, where the wrap was served half cooked, with cold veggies, a slice of cheese. The entire thing was just warmed and served. I had to return it. Hence, I am never uncooked food at a pricey bill and ruin my health. Shame on McDonald's across India.
