In the night i have ordered burger meal and puff meal though staff told me that you should order from drive though after then they said that only case payment  possible  from there conversation i get information that they have amount less in there case holder, this is not a genuine reason to customer for paying case only they said that network error but people are not fool food was worse  not hot temperature  fries was not crispy  and seems like not fresh, if also i seen that taking case from other customers but not giving them bill this is very serious  point order was late  no proper communication  about order how it will take. No any responsible person. Staff's family members also entre in kitchen area nd use any machine I shown by my own eye. Order service is very pathetic. After half hr still not getting my order. Food was also cheap. Please respond on this and take action against which situation happened in your sama store.
