Mobile order lost for the 2nd time here! While waiting, no one at the register for over 15 minute and no greeting whatsoever and employees are chit chatting

This is the best McDonald's in the area. I've been here many times and I've never messed up the order like the other one on Benson. The online orders come out fast and accurately. If I want McDonald's I usually come here.
