Earlier it's good now infrastructure is beautiful service and taste worst

Worst service, they don’t even care about their customers and don’t give a damn about you.

Worst experience ever. Earlier they had offline ordering system but now they have online ordering system at the venue but for some reason there server is always low my personal advice to anyone visiting this mac branch don’t visit if you visit you will also have a same worst experience

Worst worst service, especially the girl at the cash counter ! She was very rude and not at all present, she was drowsy and was literally not interested in addressing the customers. I had to tell her to take out the bill, she was just standing with her hand on her eyes and there was a big queue waiting behind me. Now coming to the food : the fries were so so oily I had to leave them all in-fact it was without salt. The burger did not have veggies like it’s suppose to have, the mayonnaise in the burger was stinking!! I am hoping that I don’t fall sick after eating those two bits of the meal. Please look into it @mcdonalds. You are so loved all over the world but you need to hire professional and sane staff who knows the job!!

New system of making an order is absurd. UPI on automated machines is not working and you cannot pay via UPI on counter. Alot of back n forth happened while placing order.
