It took forever to get my coffee from the time I had gotten my food approximately 5 to 7 minutes I understand that yes I did modify my order with extra caramel drizzle and espresso and Oreos but who in their right mind just spoonfuls a thing of Oreos on top obviously it was to be Blended in common sense or a lot there of just appalling to me and the worst part is it's so cool it's almost overflowing the domed lid where the lid connects so now I have a huge mess on my lunch break thanks.

There is always something when I visit this location. No matter what day or night time, it has got to be somethingggggg. And Late at night Yall always don’t either have pies or shakes .

The food was good but the manager had to run a man out of their and they were screaming at each other and it was kind of scary.

I had gone to this mcdonalds right after work (I get off at midnight) I attempted to use the mobile app which does work 24/7. I advised the drive thru lady named Betty, Petty, or Patty I couldn't understand her because she didn't pronunctuate very well and she stopped me mid sentence to say "oh no the mobile app no work after 1030" I advised her that I'm sure that's incorrect so after I placed my order I waited in line and tested my rewards points on things it said was avaliable and guess what? It worked! She just didn't want to provide any sort of good customer service. Once I got to the window I asked her about it she said "sorry I cannot help you" I told her I don't like her attitude and when I finally got to the 2nd window she handed my food and I asked for her name. She gave me what I typed earlier in this review. I then went home had a couple fries and realized pieces of my order were missing. So I had to go back and I asked for my order to be remade due to it getting cold by the time I got home and had to go back but she refused due to the "conflict" from earlier. She asked for my food when I got to the 2nd window and my receipt. I gave her both of these which she took from me bare handed which is pretty unsanitary to hold food items with your bare hands. She told me because I had a few fries she would replace my 2 Large fries with Mediums which is ridiculous considering I had to go back due to their fault. She then refused to give me my receipt back after I asked for it once she handed back my somewhat corrected order. Keyword somewhat. She slammed the window and rolled her eyes at me and just a horrible overall attitude.
