Had to wait again said has to make quarter pounder. Yeah right dried out stale bun been sitting for hours. Mcdonalds troy ohio off my list will not stop again. Prices outrageous food sucks. Mcdissapointed

Food is okay, it's a McDonald's, but you will never get what you asked for. This is the third time I've order a McDouble and I've gotten chicken nuggets instead

I moved to Troy 6 months ago and EVERY TIME I ask for ice cream whether it be a shamrock shake or a mcflurry or even a cone their ice cream machine is always “broken”. I have not been able to get ice cream from this location EVER. Whether it’s 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 5pm, or 7pm it’s always broken: Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And it’s the ONLY one in the Troy area.

When are they ever going to have SHAMROCK SHAKES! They are only a limited time offer! Tried to get one 2 days in a row! The ice cream machine is down more than working! Come on Scott family!

Slowest McDonalds ever!! Horrible service after 8pm. Waited over 35 mins in line for cold food. Very mismanaged. Only 5 cars in front!
