I only use the drive thru. It's fine

My Mexican friend tryed to order delivery and use google translate, and because of that they hung up on him

We eat breakfast here way to often. Because it's fast and convenient and really hard to pass up the dollar breakfast sandwich.

Do NOT order on the app & do curbside. Just go through the Drive Thru. It's waaay quicker. I have ordered via the app two times for curbside. Waited over 15 mins one time and over 25 mins the other. I am a patient person but this takes the cake. Seeing everyone coming and going. Curbside is advertised by McDonald's to be convenient/quick/easy. "ORDER AHEAD & SKIP THE LINE" basically. But not at this McDonald's. Plain ol rubbish!

My burger was raw in the middle

We swung by at 10 pm 1/6/24. The Mcdo corporation has made it very difficult to order on their kiosk and there is no one to take your order at the desk. The bathroom is bad with water shutting off after 10 sec and the soap is on the table. It is interesting that the Mcdo corp spent money updating decor but did not improve customer service. With the kiosk this difficult to use they should just go to AI and have self cleaning bathrooms. I guess when you have no choice then this place will do. Or like us, we will not be back.

If I ask for honey mustard, will I get the bee's honey that I actually want? I will hold up the line every single time to get my actual honey.

Took 20 minutes to get our food and another 10 to get our iced coffee. The coffee was the wrong size and the big macs had little to no sauce. When I went to get things fixed the manager was not attentive and did not listen to my issues. I was told that large coffee came in a medium cup, McDonalds did not offer honey and they were out of whipped cream. Instead of just giving me a side of sauce, he gave me two more big macs that were also incorrect. I found out from another employee that there were 4 managers and a DM in the building and they still could not get things right. I will most likely be driving to Lamarque for my big Mac.
