Staff is slow and unhelpful, food reflects that. Owner sent me an email to get a refund. I went in to claim it and the active manager was unhelpful and cheap. Like bro, just replace the meal exactly as it was or give me a refund. Who cares if it’s a medium or large drink? I already had to waste my time to come back. One trip was too many, and two trips was foolish. I won’t make a third.

I ordered around 2:15 and they forgot my chicken sandwich said it on the receipt and everything but it wasn’t in the bag

Was in drive thru for a mobil order I placed. Was waiting in line which was taking a while and someone skipped from behind me to ahead of the person at the first window… we were stuck for a while just waiting on what was going on I asked if it was open inside so I can just grab my food the lady said no ( I had my head out the window of my car and the lady in the drive thru window did as well trying to see what was going on) then when I got to the window she said it was open I could come in and I asked if she was able to just give me my order she said no so I parked went in and said I was in drive thru for a mobile order but I came inside and there manager said why did they come inside? I yelled because I got skipped the line wasn’t moving and I already had an order placed.i was ignored. I stopped another employee to ask if my order was ready and she gave me an attitude and asked if the drive thru checked me out and I told her it was paid already in the app and I was skipped they were the ones who decided to go ahead and help that person rather then park them and keep the line moving in the right order. It’s always the same old guy with gray hair who is the manager he should be RETIRED every night this place it terrible but during the day they do great only thing I’ve noticed is this gentleman is always on nights always mumbling under his breath and moves like a sloth! Not someone who should be in the fast food scene (and I’ve worked fast food for 5+ years so this is very irritating to see a place not ran right especially when there’s only 4 people in line and it takes 26mins to get 2 cheeseburgers)

The female who was taking drive thru orders was completely unprofessional and should not be allowed any near a mic or customers. Sorry but she sounded so ghetto and uneducated the way she talked. I’m talking nails on a chalkboard! I never written a review ever if that tells you anything good or bad.

What’s so hard about assembling a simple cheeseburger extra cheese and ketchup? Instead, I got no pickles, no ketchup, no mustard and drop of onion, basically no onion either. Only cheese meat and bun very plain ! Yuck!

Went by on 8/18 and ordered the nugget meal and a cheeseburger around 9:09pm. The tea that came with the meal was so disgusting we couldn’t drink it. You could tell from the taste it was old…. My nuggets were not very hot at all considering my wait and they were a little rough when trying to eat them. Most visits the food is made hot and there’s usually a missing sauce or they put pickles when I said not to but lately they been slacking a lot more on a few things here…

Went through the drive-thru the lady at the window was very nice very polite. We actually talked about the egg and cheese and sausage my griddle. Wish I like,.

You have to place your oder by keyosk. No one to wait on you

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit from here. Waited 20 minutes and got attitude when they finally came out with it. Then i take a bite of my food and realise its not even sausage. These mfs gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage replaced as a hamburger patty with onions on it. Would not recommend coming here.!!

The food is fine but this location seems to be under staffed and there can be long wait times for drive thru and pick up.

I placed an online order before breakfast ended, on my way to the restaurant, went through the drive thru and at the last window they told me they cancelled all of my breakfast items. I got to the restaurant at 9:28, perhaps cutting it close, yes, but I figured it was fine, as I placed the order ahead of time. Then I was yelled at by a manager, which was completely unwarranted, as we were not angry, just confused. I was told I would get a refund (I am in nursing school so the $17.20 does not mean nothing to me). Honestly, I’m mostly upset with the way I was treated. I was brushed off and met with aggression by management… very disappointing. And I still have received no refund, whatsoever. I’ve been coming to this location for my whole life, but perhaps I should take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a burger and fries meal. Lady taking the money was very nice and polite. Whoever made the food put a scoop of grease all over the food unedible. The lady at the window giving the food was extremely rude and condescending.
