Been sitting at this drive thru for several minutes, only person here, completely ignored.

The time says 11 to be closed but at 10 they’re claiming they’re close, so they’re not doing their job and is lazy and let customers use their points to redeem for food just to be denied saying they’re close when everyone is in a line waiting, all because people don’t want to work their shift. And the redeeming points can’t be refunded…. Who is on shift at this location today at 10 pm on a freaking Sunday March 24, 2024, I think that person or people closing early is false advertising.

The experience started in the drive-through with the rude person that took my order just to get home to have a completely pink burger. Unacceptable.

Honestly it’s your typical Hood spot. Lazy employees who close the place ATLEAST an hour early. Just go to a better side of town or eat at home

Quick drive through pickup. Used the app to order ahead. The milkshake machine was working.

Don’t go here took 35 minutos for 4 mcchickens and 4 nuggets don’t waste your time and money here
