I asked for my food to be fresh and it was the complete opposite. The burgers were dried out and fries cold

We drove thru and spoke to everyone that we encountered, and nobody spoke back. Guess they were all having a bad morning. However, the sandwich was made so neat.

This is ridiculous how their ice cream machine is down when ordering a McFlurry.

could yall sound like you hate your jobs any more? i mean i get it but ive had the worst encounters with employees here as far as customer service. yeah jobs suck but you have to have one to live so don’t go around at work sulking all day with a bad attitude. 9 times out of 10 you will get someone at the drive thru with Zero manners. not to mention the ice cream machine never works

The morning manager was very rude to the employees, and she said she wasn't feeling well,but that's no reason to be disrespectful, and this was in front of customers. Shameful!! Poor management will hinder any business.
