Terrible attitude from the ugly lady working the drive thru speaker.

Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 meals, Big Mac, and 10 piece nuggets. Then the employee got ignorant when I went inside and asked for my food. The car in front was waiting 30 minutes. The order was wrong, and the food was cold to add insult to injury.

Waited 10 minutes in front of intercom or speaker. No one was taking orders. Went in side. Staff had terrible attitudes no one cared. And said they did not have my mobile order and had to go back in drive tru

Drive thru is absolutely horrendous and employees don’t care. Waited at the drive thru for 10 min to back out and go back in to be able to place an order.
