Horrible place. A person walked out with the wrong order and the manger blames everyone in the lobby. Very unprofessional

I've been going here for years and nothing has changed. Just pure laziness by the employees. It's not just mcdonalds it's every fast food place on bayless. Mcdonalds is just the worst one

A bunch of the staff was outside smoking weed when I pulled through the drive through and it took forever for someone to finally answer

I don't know what it is is my taste buds change but it just doesn't taste as good as it used to years ago and it's smaller and it's just not the same to me

My large sprite was only seltzer water. Tried calling the restaurant and after a few rings, "a fax machine", sound was all I got. Nobody answered. I want my refund
