When we ordered we specified exactly what we wanted, asked the gentleman to repeat it back three times. Order was still wrong. Asked for manager "shina" who had the name tag "greg" on. Not only was she unapologetic, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. Practically threw the shake at our table. When I asked for a corporate number all she said was "you can look it up online".

I live right near this location and my kids love them so we visit frequently but unfortunately I end up disappointed and frustrated every freaking time. Our drive thru order is never correct! We ask for plain cheeseburgers and they never are plain. They've given us incorrect drinks, forgotten sauces and the food is often not fresh.

Horrible! The food. If you get lucky and receive what you ordered is terrible, overpriced, and thrown in your bag. Don't dine in either, it stinks, it's hot and style, tables are always dirty! Really miss the old McDonald's, they went way down hill from the food to customer service.

The store was clean, the counter girl was sweet, the manager was kind, the one preparing food, I think they called her naadiirah, maybe really really can't read, so you might get something that you asked not to be put on your items. Otherwise everything else was great.
