when i order xtra cheese and onion and PAY extra for those, i expect to get it. Clearly none of you can read when it says it on the sticker you place on the wrapper.

Took too long to (>25 mins) to be served NOT fresh food.. and got wrong sides served

Received incomplete or incorrect orders via the drive thru on more than one occasion. Even tried using the Mcdonalds app to pre order incase it was a communication issue on my part but still they manage to get it wrong.
