Gave our order to the car in front. Told us to wait whilst they remade. Waited 15 mins, had to go in store. Then wait again for our food.
Absolutely shocking every single time I go my order is missing something. Spent 40mins trying to call the restaurant but no answer an left it ringing off the hook.
I ordered yesterday from this location and all the things was called and fries wast have anyyy sort of taste and today i went to the place because i know the tadte was use to be good but still all the things i order was straight trash miss old taste
I've been twice in the last two weeks and got food poisoning both times. There doesn't seem to be any way to notify McDonald's on their website and I don't even want to make a fuss but obviously something isn't right if I've got food poisoning twice in a row. Both times had a quarter pounder meal with a coke. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after the first time but twice is a pattern. I'd appreciate a response that this is going to be looked into.
They seem to solely focus on Drive Thru and delivery orders. It is meant to be fast food but if you go inside to order, you're always waiting up to 10-15 minutes. Food is often incorrect too.
