Don't know why I'm nothing reviewing but 25 minutes for 1 burger meal when it's meant to be fast food. Staff walking round like zombies and don't care about customers

Nice for youngsters. A suggestion to improve kids meal.

Shocking service, 25 minute wait for 3 standard happy meals and a standard Big Mac, place wasn’t even busy

My 6 year old unfortunately likes this rubbish that is passed as food! Waited over an hour for delivery! when I called the restaurant, some idiot apparently went to check but never returned to let me know anything. Had to drive to the restaurant and as always with these incompetent idiots had to argue. Do they intentionally employ the most stupid and ignorant people they can find? I’ve worked in the food industry and restaurants serve fresh cooked food quicker than these donkeys! And with less staff. Thankfully my son is now understanding how rubbish the food is from these places. Bunch of useless idiots! Especially the manager!

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to

Ordered through the McDonald's, they missed off one of the Mcflurrys. Didn't bother to ring them as they don't pick up the phone.

Absolutely terrible service. Everyone's order was wrong, staff stood about doing nothing. Food was decent but my boyfriends burger was stone cold.

Staff are ignorant and rude. They poor service and the food is yesterdays left overs

Ordered 3 meals tonight for bay collection. Waited about 15 minutes which was a lot quicker than usual. Once home realised that all the chips were missing and not as many nuggets as we ordered, smoothies were only 3/4 full. Rang the store to complain as this isn’t the first time this has happened at the Scunthorpe, Doncaster Rd branch, the Manager gave me a code to use with my next order. Moral of the story, check your order before driving off.
