McDonald's

Waited 15 minutes just to get told the grills were turned off 30 mins before closing time.

The night manager is very rude. He took my order but I guess he didn't hear me and when I tried to tell him he had my order wrong he told me that I didn't order that. I tried to explain to him if he would of recalled my order back to me then there wouldn't have been issue. I know what I ordered I don't need someone trying to argue with me...just fix the problem and move along. No need in being dramatic. Crazy why would he want to sell me less food than I ordered. The whole point of a business is to make a profit. Why would he try to not correct a mistake he made to make McDonald's more money. Thanks alot have a great day

Picked up the nuggets and fries deal and it filled my family up

I will never go to any McDonalds again in savannah! There is only 1 left that has any concern for customer service! Now with the Kiosks where you place your own order, you will be lucky if anyone sticks their head out to acknowledge your existence. God forbid you need to pick up food because they simply can't be bothered. Even the managers act like you are a bother.
