Absolutely horrible experience they asked us to pull forward with nowhere to go. Because other cars had been blocking the pull up spots. The way this drive thru works is it pulls into open traffic. There is no way to drive around the building to pull into another spot. When we told them no that there was no place to safely go. Their drive thru person cussed at us to "Just F-ing move up and to stop being a prick". When we asked for a manager and explained what he did. She refused to look at us or talk to us directly looking everywhere else. Horrible disgusting behavior of a location to have. I honestly would never go back to this place.

20 minutes wait. Hmmm maybe do machine maintenance during slower times?

Customer service here sucks, lines are always long and it takes them forever, employees are usually rude, and they mess up on orders and take forever to fix them. I gave them another chance, one employee kept laughing at me for some reason, then when I got my shake it had a long black hair in it. Managers here don't care at all and neither do the employees. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. Will not be returning.

Had a mobile order in drive through took 15 minutes had two cars pull over so we were just stuck waiting in drive through
